Key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling travel products and tour packages.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
  • Co-ordinate with clients & agents, Provide booking as per query, Taking
  • follow-up of outstanding
  • Handling calls and Web leads from client giving them best deals and tour
  • Itinerary.
  • Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche
  • markets.
  • Dealing with travel agents enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
  • Plan, prepare and cost itineraries for clients.
  • Organizing sales visits
  • Preparing Daily Sales Report
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Establishing new business
  • Identifying the needs of the customer , building an instant rapport , offering
  • advice to support their needs
  • Liaising with third parties to gather required information and tailor holidays
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on previous conversations
  • To influence customers to proceed with their booking , overcome
  • objections and close sales opportunities
  • To prioritize your work and customers on a daily basis
  • Maintain call back calendar to ensure all customer call back expectations
  • are met or exceeded and follow/maintain daily lead management report
  • To up sell and cross sell additional travel products and services to maximize
  • opportunities.
